1. Booking and Payment  

• The reservation is confirmed only after payment of a deposit or with a credit card as a guarantee.  

• The balance can be paid at check-in via cash, credit card, or debit card.  

• Rates include VAT and the services specified at the time of booking.  

2. Cancellation Policy  

• Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival.  

• For late cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the total amount will be charged.  

• In case of early departure, no refunds will be issued. 

3. Check-in and Check-out  

• Check-in: from 16:00 to 23:00. For late arrivals, please notify us in advance.  

• Check-out: by 10:30. Failure to check out on time may result in an additional charge.  

4. House Rules  

• The property is non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and common areas.  

• Pets are not allowed unless specified at the time of booking.  

• Guests must observe quiet hours (23:00) to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.  

• Any damages caused to the property will be charged to the responsible guest.  

5. Liability  

• Sea Pearl Luxury Rooms is not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings within the property. 

• Guests are responsible for complying with local regulations and using the facilities properly.
